I have been using the self calculating spreadsheet v 21.0.12 using the facility to import data from Anquet maps. Very handy. I have found a few anomolies though.

1. Please can you explain why time4 leg does not include time4rest.

2. The daily total for height does not appear to be correct. I think that calculation in Data!I6 should be 'Day1'!I11+'Day1'!I13+'Day1'!I15+....
Can you explain why it is not.

Hi

When we were originally developing the route plan we thought Time4Leg was better as the walking time.

The earlier versions of the route plan just had a single height change for each leg. When I altered it to show height gained or lost separately I realised it wasn't easy to add the gain/loss to the total. Hence there is just one figure. This figure just ends up as the net change.

I've had a look at this, and even in the latest version, 21.0.15, there is an error and it is not calculating the net correctly. I'll re-examine this area and see what I can come up with.

I only developed the import for the early versions of Anquet. Would it be useful to update this for the latest version?

Peter

Hello Peter

Thanks for your reply.

I still use Anquet v 1.2.20 when I want to import into the self-calculating route card. Otherwise, I use Mapyx Quo. Would be great to have some means of getting info out of that into the route card.
